HERSHEY, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of The Hershey Company (NYSE: HSY) today announced quarterly dividends of $0.583 on the Common Stock and $0.53 on the Class B Common Stock. The dividends are payable September 15, 2015, to stockholders of record August 25, 2015. It is the 343rd consecutive regular dividend on the Common Stock and the 124th consecutive regular dividend on the Class B Common Stock.
