CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has affirmed Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc.'s (CCE's) ratings including the 'BBB+' Issuer Default Rating (IDR). The affirmation follows a merger announcement that combines the bottling operations of CCE, Coca-Cola Iberian Partners and Coca-Cola Erfrischungsgetranke AG into a new UK domiciled Western European bottler named Coca-Cola European Partners (CCEP).
