HELSINKI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regulatory News: Eltel (STO:ELTEL) announced on August 21, 2015 that the Norwegian Competition Authority has approved Eltel’s acquisition of the Umoe shares with Eltel becoming the sole owner of Eltel Sønnico AS.
