NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Time Warner Cable Inc. (TWC) today announced a new two-year goal to reduce its carbon intensity by 30 percent by 2016 year end. The company measures all three emissions scopes laid out by Greenhouse Gas (GHG) protocol, a widely used international accounting tool to manage greenhouse gas emissions.
