LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Frontier Biosciences Limited (“FrontierBio”) announces the acquisition by its parent company, Zahra Holdings Limited, of the 49.9% shareholding in FrontierBio held by a wholly-owned subsidiary of NetScientific plc (“NetScientific”).
