DANBURY, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Praxair, Inc. (NYSE:PX) has priced $300 million of 2.25% notes due September 24, 2020 and $450 million of 3.20% notes due January 30, 2026. The notes are being offered under its shelf registration statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The offering is led by Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. and Mitsubishi UFJ Securities (USA), Inc. The offering is expected to close on September 24
