Having an upset stomach can undoubtedly be one of the most irritating and painful symptoms. Gas, bloating, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea are terrible, and it can sometimes feel as if it will never end. However, before you can deal with the issue at hand, you need to understand why you are feeling this way.
