Bonus cards offer month-long savings at participating retailers and restaurants for October’s National Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Kansas City, Kan. (Sept. 25, 2014) – “Shop Pink & Save,” a month-long shopper savings and fundraising program benefiting The University of Kansas Cancer Center’s Breast Cancer Survivorship Center, will take place at Legends Outlets Kansas City, Kansas City’s signature outdoor designer outlet shopping center, from Oct. 1 – Oct. 30.

For a small donation, shoppers can make an impact and gain access to potentially big savings. “Shop Pink & Save” bonus cards are available for $5 and offer discounts at Legends Outlets’ participating retailers and restaurants, including savings at the only area designer outlets, Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, J.Crew|crewcuts, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, Tommy Hilfiger, Under Armour Factory House and more.

Upon purchasing a “Shop Pink & Save” bonus card, shoppers can access 35 offers with the entire month to redeem each one. There’s no limit on the number of “Shop Pink & Save” bonus cards that one can purchase either. Shoppers can purchase multiple “Shop Pink & Save” bonus cards and take advantage of the special savings throughout October.

Proceeds from the sale of “Shop Pink & Save” bonus cards will be donated to The University of Kansas Cancer Center’s Breast Cancer Survivorship Center. Among the first of its kind in the country, Breast Cancer Survivorship offers both newly diagnosed breast cancer patients and breast cancer survivors’ help with many aspects of their lives, from nutrition to issues related to quality of life.

Legends Outlets center hours are Monday – Saturday from 10 a.m. – 9 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. The Legends Outlets management office hours are Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Saturday from 12 p.m. – 5 p.m. The management office is closed on Sunday.
