The gym will be conducting programs for all skill levels and ages, offering jump rope & gymnastics programs for beginner jumpers to competitive jumpers, and physical activities for toddlers. For adults, there will be an entire section of the gym reserved for CrossFit classes and jump-rope-focused Endurance Training, all of which are being offered for free on Opening Day.

Metz says she couldn't have dreamed up a better location and combination of activities for this gym, which provide a huge playground for kids and adults to play and live life largely. "I started this business six years ago with the intention of getting any and every kid and adult to jump rope and showing them that being active can and should be a lifelong fun adventure. I've realized along the way that getting kids and adults to jump rope is just a catalyst to something even greater- that we are actually building a thriving community of confident, mindful, and healthy people. I cannot ask for a better return for my business."
