Punch TV Hosts Meeting for Black Chamber of Commerce

    LOS ANGELES, CA, September 27, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Punch TV Network's C.E.O. Joseph Collins is pleased to announce a wonderful night that took place for Hollywood's Black Chamber Of Commerce.

The spectacular event took place from 6:30-8:30 on Thursday, September 12th 2013 at their new high tech television studio location on Pico Blvd In Los Angeles, California. As a non-profit, organization the Black Chamber of Commerce has reached into the community, establishing chapters throughout Southern California. The BCC has been proclaimed as an organization created not just for blacks, but for the diversity of all races.

At the extravagant ceremony, the Hollywood chapter of the Southern California Chamber of Commerce introduced themselves one by one, sharing the important roles they play in the community, allowing for insight into different perspectives and inspirational stories alike. President of the Hollywood chapter, Nancy Foster, discussed the goals of the chapter, which included building business networks through entertainment industry and non-industry personalities. Vice President Al Foster highlighted the Hollywood BCC's time investment into the Pan African Film Summit that'll take place in Lagos, Nigeria in December 2013. The summit offers opportunities for aspiring filmmakers, producers and writers to submit their works to the summit. Important figures in the black community such as David Ruffin Jr, Lou Rawls Jr, LaVerne Jones Jr. Members networked and discussed critical points surrounding the topics of the black community and their increasingly influential role in American society.

Mr. Joseph Collins introduced himself and gave the members a look into his company, Punch TV Network, which is a growing urban network that broadcasts to approximately 37 million homes within the United States and has been growing at a rate never before seen by multimedia analysts. Collins spoke about the network's mission, which is to maintain community-based business relationships through the growth of the network. He also discussed the possibility for Punch TV to become publicly traded as well as the company's goals and upcoming project developments.

The evening was catered by the critically acclaimed Purple Rooster Catering service, which featured dishes from celebrity Chef Jude Mouton. Guests noted the premium taste and hospitality.
