The event will take place on Saturday, October 19, 2013. Honorees were chosen from nominations submitted by friends and relatives during the month of September. Ky Smith, owner of Folliclez 360 Salon shares the inspiration behind the event, "My grandmother lost her battle with Breast Cancer and I wanted to find an enduring way to honor her and others who have survived by creating an uplifting experience customized just for them. We want to spread the love, so each year we plan to honor a different group of ladies." Smith is committed to donating her time to connect with the community in a meaningful way.

Joining Folliclez 360 salon to make the day special are stylists, makeup artists, and manicurists who are donating their time.
