Engleking graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Mass Media and Visual Communication from University of North Carolina at Charlotte. While at college, she gained valuable experience by working for Student Media Group. Prior to joining Capital Sign Solutions, Engleking helped in the branding and marketing initiatives of a successful, locally-owned restaurant. Due to her efforts, the company expanded from one store to five in just three years. Engleking said that the skills and expertise she acquired in restaurant management have greatly prepared her for her new role at Capital Sign Solutions.

"Although my background is mostly in restaurant management, retail, and sales, a lot of my professional experience is working with young, independently-owned companies to implement company standards and procedures," said Engleking.
