Pyradia recently completed the manufacturing of a modular heat treatment system for a large bearing manufacturer: a 250 - 70/60 system, patented installation with load transfer from furnace to quench tank by sliding.

The furnace of system 250 is moving (with the load) using a very simple sliding system. This movement is done under protective at¬mosphere so at no time does your parts/load get in contact with air; they are protected by the furnaces atmosphere during the whole cycle.

This system is suitable for:- Heat treatment applications (austenitizing, carburizing, carbonitriding)- Quenching - Alkaline washing (by spraying - 3 tanks)
