TORONTO, Oct. 28, 2013 /CNW/ -The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that a that the confidential pre-hearing conference will continue on October 28, 2013 at 11:30 a.m. or such other date or at such other time as set by the Office of the Secretary and agreed to by the parties.
The pre-hearing conference will be in camera.
