Associated Materials Announces Leadership Transition

CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio, Jan. 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Associated Materials, LLC today announced that Jerry Burris has resigned as Chief Executive Officer and Director to pursue other interests.  Current Director and former CEO of Associated Materials Dana Snyder will serve as interim CEO while the company's Board of Directors conducts a search for a permanent CEO.
