LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--James Schlueter, President, Effective Health Systems (www.effectivehealthsystems.com), announced today that Andy James has been appointed the company’s Executive Vice President/Chief Product Officer.

Mr. James recently served at Healthesystems as the Vice President for Technology and Analysis. Prior to that role he was the Vice President of electronic product business development at One Call Management. He also held technology and analytics positions with Qmedtrix, Inc. and Bloodhound, Inc.
