LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Jewish Free Loan Association (JFLA) has announced David R. Levy has been named JFLA’s new Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer. Levy succeeds Mark Meltzer, who is retiring in December 2014 after serving as Executive Director/CEO of the agency for 35 years.
