NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has affirmed the senior note issued by Nelnet Student Loan Trust 2013-2 at 'AAAsf'. In addition, Fitch upgrades the subordinate note to 'AAsf' from 'Asf'.
