SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has assigned an 'AA+' rating to the following Vallecitos Water District, California (the district) debt: --Approximately $52.7 million water and wastewater enterprise 2015 refunding revenue bonds. The bond proceeds will be used to refund the district's outstanding 2005A-RMKT certificates of participation (COPs) and to pay cost of issuance.
