NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has withdrawn the 'F1+' credit enhanced rating assigned to the following bonds: --Illinois Finance Authority (IL) (University of Chicago) adjustable-rate revenue bonds series 2008. The short-term rating assigned to the bonds is revised to 'F1+' based on the underlying rating assigned by Fitch to University of Chicago's general revenue bonds.
