NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has affirmed three classes of Freddie Mac's FREMF Mortgage Trust, series 2011-K703 multifamily mortgage pass-through certificates. A detailed list of rating actions follows at the end of this press release. KEY RATING DRIVERS The affirmations are the result of stable performance of the underlying pool since issuance. As of the April 2015 distribution date, the pool's aggregate principal balance has been reduced by 5.5% to $1.2 billion from $1.23 billion
