NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has affirmed Oglethorpe Power Corporation's (OPC) $1 billion commercial paper (CP) notes at 'F1'. SECURITY The CP notes are unsecured obligations of OPC that rank on parity with all other unsecured indebtedness of the cooperative.
