MONTERREY, Mexico--(BUSINESS WIRE)--According to Fitch Ratings, the ratings of Alfa, S.A.B. de C.V. (Alfa) and Sigma Alimentos S.A. de C.V. (Sigma) are unaffected by Alfa's recent acquisition announcement.
