NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has withdrawn the 'AA' implied unlimited tax general obligation (ULTGO) bond rating on North Ogden City, Utah as Fitch no longer considers the rating to be analytically meaningful. Fitch previously assigned the implied ULTGO rating in conjunction with North Ogden City, UT series 2004 sales tax revenue bonds that are no longer outstanding.
