CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has assigned a 'BBB' rating to Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc.'s (NYSE: FBHS) proposed offering of $750 million senior unsecured notes. The offering will be comprised of 5-year notes and 10-year notes. The notes will rank equally in right of payment with all of the company's unsecured debt.
