NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has assigned a 'BBB+' rating to Dominion Resources, Inc.'s (DRI) new issue of 2015 Series A senior notes due 2018. Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and to repay short-term borrowings, which as of May 31, 2015 included $1.183 billion of commercial paper.
