NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has been notified of an amendment to the schedule of the ISDA Master Agreement between Barclays plc (Swap Counterparty) and Preferred Term Securities XIX, Ltd and XXVII, Ltd that will be effective today. The ratings of the notes in these two transactions will not be impacted by the amendment.
