CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has assigned a rating of 'BBB' to Waste Connections' proposed $500 million issuance of seven- and 10-year senior unsecured notes. The Issuer Default Rating (IDR) for WCN is 'BBB'. The Rating Outlook is Stable. Proceeds from the proposed notes will be used to term out revolver borrowings and for general corporate purposes.
