LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--OM Asset Management plc (NYSE:OMAM) announced today the launch of an offering of 11 million of its ordinary shares. The shares are being offered by Old Mutual plc, through its wholly owned subsidiary, OM Group (UK) Limited. The underwriters also have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.65 million shares from OM Group (UK) Limited.
