AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has assigned an 'AA+' rating to the following bonds issued by the state of Wisconsin (the state): --Approximately $128.8 million clean water revenue refunding bonds, 2015 series 1. The bonds are expected to sell via negotiation the week of June 15, 2015. Bond proceeds will be used to refund outstanding bonds and to pay for the cost of issuance. In addition, Fitch has affirmed its 'AA+' rating on the following outstanding bonds issued by the state: -
