SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings assigns an 'AA+' rating to the following Santa Monica, California (the city) bonds: --$27.1 million lease revenue refunding bonds (LRBs) series 2015 (Civic Center Parking Project) issued by the Santa Monica Public Financing Authority (the financing authority).
