TOLEDO, Ohio & TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Health Care REIT, Inc. (“HCN”) (NYSE:HCN) and Revera, Inc. (“Revera”) today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Regal Lifestyle Communities Inc.
