NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has assigned a 'BBB-' rating to Energy Transfer Partners, LP (ETP) offering of senior unsecured notes. Proceeds from the offering are expected to be used to repay borrowings under its revolving credit facility, to fund capital expenditures and for general partnership purposes.
