PRINCETON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NRG Yield, Inc. (NYSE:NYLD, NYLD.A) (“NRG Yield” or the “Company”) today announced the launch of a public offering of 24,520,000 shares of its Class C common stock. In addition, the underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,678,000 shares of Class C common stock from the Company.
