NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Newcastle Investment Corp. (the “Company”; NYSE: NCT) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on its common stock of $0.12 per share for the quarter ending June 30, 2015. The dividend is payable on July 31, 2015 to shareholders of record on July 2, 2015.
