NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Central Europe, Russia and Turkey Fund, Inc. (NYSE:CEE) (the “Fund” or “CEE”) announced the commencement of a self-tender offer on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the Fund’s Offer to Repurchase and the related Letter of Transmittal, which are being mailed to stockholders commencing today. The Fund is offering to purchase up to 5% of its issued and outstanding shares of common stock at a price equal to 98% of the Fund’s net asset value (“NAV”)
