NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance, Inc. (the “Company” or “ARI”) (NYSE:ARI) today announced the Company closed a $325 million mezzanine loan for the construction of a condominium development in Midtown Manhattan.
