CLEVELAND--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Victory Capital today announced that it has launched three new Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), which began trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market® on July 8, 2015. The new ETFs are managed by Victory Capital’s investment franchise, Compass Efficient Model Portfolios (“Compass EMP”).
