NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has assigned an 'AA+' rating to the following Indianapolis Local Public Improvement Bond Bank, IN (ILPIBB) bonds: --$15.48 million refunding bonds, series 2015H (stormwater project). The bonds are scheduled to sell via negotiation the week of July 27. Proceeds will refund all of the ILPBB's outstanding series 2011H bonds as fixed rate debt prior to their conversion to variable rate in 2021 and for debt service savings (matching maturities).
