CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Northern Trust Corporation today reported second quarter net income per diluted common share of $1.10, compared to $0.75 in the second quarter of 2014 and $0.94 in the first quarter of 2015. Net income was $269.2 million, compared to $181.9 million in the prior-year quarter and $230.7 million in the prior quarter.
