NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has assigned a 'BBB+' rating to the following revenue bonds issued by the city of Philadelphia on behalf of the Philadelphia Gas Works (PGW): --Approximately $274,395,000 Gas Works Revenue Refunding Bonds, Thirteenth Series (1998 General Ordinance).
