NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has affirmed the senior notes for SLM Student Loan Trust 2013-4 at 'AAAsf' and subordinate notes at 'A+sf'. The Rating Outlook for the senior notes is revised to Negative from Stable, while the Rating Outlook for the subordinate notes remains Stable. The Rating Outlook revision is due to Fitch's belief that the senior notes carry a heightened level of extension risk.
