FOSTER CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Visa Inc. (NYSE:V) today announced financial results for the Company’s fiscal third quarter 2015. GAAP net income for the quarter, inclusive of a non-cash, non-operating expense related to an adjustment in the Company’s fair value of its Visa Europe put option, was $1.7 billion or $0.69 per share.
