NASHVILLE, Tenn. & CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Shareholders of CapitalMark Bank & Trust (“CapitalMark”) yesterday voted overwhelmingly in favor of the proposed merger of CapitalMark with Pinnacle Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pinnacle Financial Partners, Inc.
