NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has assigned an 'A+' rating to the approximately $45 million series 2015 revenue and refunding bonds issued by the New Jersey Educational Facilities Authority (NJEFA) on behalf of William Paterson University (WPU, or the university).
