(‘WSB”) a Lexington-based provider of a wide spectrum of solid waste services, announces that it has begun operations of the Bluegrass Regional Transfer Station (“BGRTS”) in a public-private partnership with Lexington Fayette Urban County Government (“LFUCG”) under a long term exclusive contract to manage LFUCG and third party waste.
