NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has assigned an 'AA' rating to $39 million state of Oklahoma, Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority (OCIA) Oklahoma state agency facilities refunding revenue bonds series 2015B (subject to annual appropriation).
