NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has assigned an 'AAA' rating to the following Loudoun County Sanitation Authority, VA (Loudoun Water) revenue bonds: --$120 million water and sewer system revenue and refunding bonds, series 2015. The bonds are scheduled to sell via competition the week of Aug. 3.
