NEW YORK & SANTIAGO, Chile--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has today affirmed and simultaneously withdrawn HSBC Bank (Chile)'s long-term foreign- and local-currency Issuer Default Ratings (IDRs) of 'A'.
