NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has affirmed the ratings of Spectra Energy Capital, LLC (SEC) and Spectra Energy Partners, LP (SEP) at 'BBB' and Texas Eastern Transmission, LP (TETLP) at 'BBB+'. The Rating Outlook on SEP and TETLP is Stable. Fitch has revised the Rating Outlook on SEC to Negative from Stable. A full list of ratings follows at the end of this release. Roughly $2.9 billion of debt at SEC, $3.8 billion of debt at SEP, and $1.7 billion of TETLP is affected by this action.
